What The?!

Okay, in Sydney you are bound to see a number of weird things. But this one I just couldn't go past. I was walking back from lunch to discover a bicycle with an air refreshener hanging from under the seat. I am pretty sure that you won't be able to find an air refreshener that is strong enough to make a difference if you hang it from under your seat in the open air. If such strong air refresheners exist, someone should inform me and I'll leave the details on the bike the next time I walk past.
