These are the ingredients I used:
- 400g can of chick peas (drained and mashed)
- 2 carrots (grated)
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 4 eggs (lightly whisked)
- 2/3 cup of tasty cheese (grated)
- 3/4 cup of plain flour
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 iceberg lettuce leafs
Servings: 4
Steps:
- Mix all the ingredients together. It'll become a thick mixture.
- Heat a frying pan with some olive oil.
- Heap the mixture into lumps and flatten into patties.
- Cook until the centres are no longer runny (1-3 minutes each side).
- Serve a-top a full lettuce leaf.
