Facebook iPhone App: "Your photo cannot be uploaded at this time..."

For some months I have been unable to upload photos to Facebook on my iPhone. Turns out this is a bug, but there is a work around. Do the following and it somehow resets something in the phone that is blocking the iPhone from uploading.

Go to your Settings and:

1. General
2. Reset
3. Reset Location Warnings

Then open Facebook back up and you'll be able to upload your photos!
